The Salt Lake Tribune reports that Utah Gov. Mike Leavitt has contracted with Deloitte and Touche for assistance in making a decision about the state's Workers Compensation Fund.The Fund's fate has been debated heavily since the beginning of the year as proposals have been floated to "privatize" the fund to help balance the state's budget.In early February Sen. Curtis Bramble, R-Provo, put on the table a proposal to basically sell the Fund to itself for $50 million.
