West Virginia Workers' Compensation Division Executive Director Greg Burton announced yesterday that the Kanawha County Grand Jury granted indictments against two out-of-state vocational rehabilitation companies for fraudulent billing.
According to Burton, the fraudulent billings were costing the division an estimated $15,000 to $20,000 per month depending on the number of injured workers to whom the two companies were providing services.
