Governor Signs Bill Aiming to Clarify Mental Stress Coverage

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul signed a bill adopting different compensability standards for mental health claims that depend on the work performed by the claimant. The governor on Friday signed Senate Bill 775, by Sen. Jessica Ramos, D-Queens.
