New Technology Rates Chance of Claim Litigation, Attorney Performance

Risk advisory firm Aon this week rolled out a tool intended to reduce workers’ compensation litigation costs through the use of artificial intelligence and a large pool of claims data. The tool is an update to Aon’s Litigation Analysis, Mitigation and Benchmarking of Defense Attorneys, or Lambda, system. It was developed in collaboration with Clara Analytics.
