Medical Clinic Going to Court over MPN Denial

A California occupational medicine clinic has won the right to take the State Compensation Insurance Fund to trial court over the issue of whether the giant quasi-public carrier must use a fair process to decide who can participate in its medical provider network. The San Francisco Superior Court ruled in Palm Medical v.
