The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited four New York contractors for safety violations at a midtown Manhattan hotel project.Inspectors checked the West 33rd Street project on March 21 in response to a safety complaint and proposed $272,200 in fines.OSHA proposed $249,920 fines against Flintlock Construction Services, of Mamaroneck, N.Y., which is the general contractor of the 23-story hotel.
