A wrongful death claim brought on behalf of a cell phone tower worker who falls to his death on his first day can stand, a Missouri court ruled. In Auto-Owners Insurance Co. v. Ennulat, ED87952, 08/14/2007, the Court of Appeals also found that the plaintiffs were entitled to interest on their award. Joshua Ennulat and the estate of Russell Ennulat appeal from the circuit court's judgment entered in favor of Auto-Owners Insurance Co.
