Zenith Increases Annual Dividend by 25%

Zenith National Insurance Corp. on Tuesday declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 35 cents per share on its outstanding shares, a 25% increase from last year's dividend. The dividend is payable Nov. 15 to stockholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 31. Last year's dividend was 28 cents per share.
