A new insurance fraud investigator assigned to the Dallas District Attorney's Office is getting results, according to the Insurance Council of Texas.
ICT said in its October newsletter that Dallas County Assistant District Attorney Kyson Johnson has overseen cases resulting in "two dozen" indictments for insurance fraud related crimes in the first quarter of 2005. The industry group said Johnson is officially an employee of the Texas Department of Insurance, but works in the Dallas County District Attorney's
