The California Division of Workers’ Compensation would be required to post its medical director’s annual analysis of medical-legal reports to its website, under a recently amended bill.
Assemblymember Greg Wallis, R-Bermuda Dunes, on Wednesday amended AB 1293, which would require the DWC to create templates for communicating with qualified medical evaluators. As introduced, the bill also would have directed the division to establish a method for evaluating the quality of QME reports.
