W.R. Berkley Appoints Two Senior VPs

W.R. Berkley Corp. announced Monday the appointments of Jeffrey M. Hafter and Lucille T. Sgaglione as senior vice presidents.Both Sgaglione and Hafter will have oversight responsibility for company operating units and report to W.
