Three More Get Probation in LIRR Disability Scam

Three more convicted disability thieves have received sentences of probation after cooperating with government prosecutors in a massive scheme involving retired Long Island Rail Road employees.Of the 21 individuals convicted in the case so far, 13 have avoided prison time by providing information and testimony against former colleagues.
