The Texas insurance commissioner has finalized assessment rates for maintenance taxes and fees for 2021, with some showing a slight increase over this year's levels.
In an order posted Tuesday, Chief Deputy Commissioner Doug Slape announced that the annual rate for the Division of Workers' Compensation will rise slightly, from 0.0067 of 1% on gross workers' compensation premiums to 0.068.
