AZ Supreme Court Takes on Drug Policy

Taking on an issue that divided lower courts, the Arizona Supreme Court has agreed to decide whether alcohol- and drug-abusing workers should receive workers' compensation benefits for on-the-job injuries. The Court will consolidate for hearing disparate decisions from two appellate court.
