Attorney Doesn't Have to Reimburse Workers' Compensation Division

The Wyoming Supreme Court ruled that a claimants’ attorney did not have to reimburse the state Workers' Compensation Division for fees incurred in litigating the question of whether he was required to file a designation of record, and that he was entitled to the full amount of his requested fees for having to litigate this issue as well.
