The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited a Pennsylvania brick layer for four safety violations following an imminent danger complaint issued in May.OSHA said in a news release that inspectors have proposed $89,760 in fines against McGee Plastering & Stucco in connection with the company's bricklaying operations at a residential construction site in Philadelphia.
