Shawn Crosby Confirmed as Chief Operating Officer of BWC

The Ohio Senate unanimously confirmed Shawn Crosby as chief operating officer of the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. Crosby joined BWC as a frontline clerk in 1993 and has held numerous positions with the agency over the years, including claims chief, project manager, injury management supervisor and trainer. She was appointed chief operating officer in February.
