The West Virginia Supreme Court upheld a determination that a worker was entitled to an increased permanent partial disability rating. Case: Blackhawk Mining LLC v. Taylor, No. 21-0406, 09/19/2022, published. Facts: Bobby Taylor worked for Blackhawk Mining LLC as a shuttle car operator. He twisted his ankle at work in February 2019.
