The Arkansas Court of Appeals revived a nurse’s claim for benefits, finding she had presented objective medical evidence of an injury. Case: Melius v. Chapel Ridge Nursing Center LLC, No. CV-20-114, 01/20/2021, published. Facts: Tina Melius worked as a nurse for the Chapel Ridge Nursing Center.
