Former Luzerne County, Pa., deputy prison warden Sam Hyder will take his prolonged fight over a work-related stress claim to the state Workers' Compensation Appeal Board, the Citizens Voice newspaper reported Wednesday.In August, Workers' Compensation Judge Brian M.
