After some years defending clients in workers' compensation cases, lawyer Maureen Cassidy wants to change her focus and represent injured workers.
Cassidy has been named an associate in the workers' compensation division of the Philadelphia law firm of Pond Lehocky.
She has litigated hundreds of cases over the last five years for two large regional defense firms and knows the "ins and outs" of litigation, Pond Lehocky said in a statement welcoming her appointment.
