The South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission announced plans to launch a new portal that will allow all parties to submit claims, complete reports and forms, and pay fees and fines electronically.
KERMIT — Key Element Reporting Management & Incident Tracking — will go live Oct. 28, the commission announced Monday.
The commission said its previous portal, eCase, will no longer be used and all users will have to re-register for an account with KERMIT.
