Of 34 ethics complaints filed against California workers' compensation judges last year, the Workers' Compensation Ethics Advisory Committee found only one instance in which a judge violated the Code of Judicial Ethics or state ethics regulations, according to a report released Monday.
The committee said it received 34 complaints in 2013 and resolved 30 of them. Four complaints remain under investigation.
