High Court: Record Doesn't Support Decision Finding Worker's PPD Rating 'Overinflated'

The Idaho Supreme Court said there was no evidence to support the Industrial Commission's finding that a worker's requested 34% permanent partial disability rating was "overinflated" or its decision to substitute a 20% rating instead.
