Engineering Company Cited for 2nd Time in 2014

The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited Pan-Oceanic Engineering Co. Inc. for failing to protect workers from trenching hazards at a Chicago job site. The citation of Pan-Oceanic is the second such violation for the company this year.
