WCIRB C&R Committee Meeting Nov. 12

The Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California Classification and Rating Committee is meeting Nov. 12. Committee members will review a draft report investigating the idea of a universal payroll limitation. The California Workers’ Compensation Uniform Statistical Reporting Plan includes limitations on annual payroll for some highly compensated workers based on the idea that the correlation between exposure and losses breaks down at very high wage levels.
