Hearing on ODG Adoption Proposal Cancelled, Not Rescheduled Yet

The Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission has cancelled its public hearing scheduled for Thursday to discuss its proposed adoption of the Official Disability Guidelines for medical treatment and ODG’s drug formulary for outpatient drug use. AWCC Assistant CEO Jim Kennedy told WorkCompCentral the hearing was cancelled because new Gov. Asa Hutchinson wants to review rules for all state agencies before any rules are amended.
