The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited Dollar Tree Store Inc. for allegedly blocking emergency exits and endangering employees at its store on Southern Boulevard in West Palm Beach.
The national discount retailer faces $104,192 in penalties in connection with the citations, issued June 11.
OSHA cited the company for allegedly exposing employees to struck-by, trip and fall hazards due to merchandise stacked in unstable piles more than 7 feet tall in the path of an emergency exit.
