OSHA: Workers Fighting USPS Vehicle Tire Fire Found Uncharged Extinguishers

A federal safety inspection of a U.S. Postal Service vehicle maintenance facility after a grease fire revealed that the St. Louis workplace did not charge or inspect fire extinguishers, or maintain a fire alarm system. A mail truck's wheel hub caught fire on July 3, triggering an inspection by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
