The Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services adopted a new fee schedule that increases overall maximum payments for evaluation and management services by 18%.
The new fee schedule also increases overall payments for major surgery by 14% and ups payments for chiropractic manipulation by 10%.
The department said it adjusted other maximum payment amounts higher or lower, but overall reimbursement is not projected to change.
