Judge Reduces Bail for Business Owner Accused of Premium Fraud

An Orange County judge reduced the bail for one of two roofing company owners accused of a $38-million workers' compensation fraud scheme, the Orange County Register reported Thursday.Superior Court Judge James P. Marion reduced Devon Kile’s bail to $250,000 Wednesday, the Register said, citing information from Todd Theodora, attorney for Kile's husband and codefendant, Michael Petronella.
