The Arizona Court of Appeals upheld the closure of a worker’s claim without permanent impairment. Case: Villegas v. Industrial Commission, No. 1 CA-IC 24-0030, 04/24/2025, unpublished. Facts and procedural history: Manuel Villegas worked for GC Landscaping. He suffered injuries in an on-the-job fall in 2018. Because GC was uninsured, the Industrial Commission’s Special Fund Division/No Insurance Section took over management of Villegas’ claim.
