Court Upholds Dismissal of Self-Represented Worker's Claims Against QME

A California appellate court upheld the dismissal of a self-represented worker’s claims against the qualified medical evaluator whose report provided the basis for the denial of her workers’ compensation claim for a psychological injury. The court said Samreen Riaz failed to oppose a demurrer to her complaint.
