CWCI Testifies on Job Displacement Regs

The California Workers' Compensation Institute on Friday released its testimony in connection to proposed Supplemental Job Displacement Benefits regulations proposed by the Division of Workers' Compensation. The insurer group asked the DWC to clarify language in the rules to recognize the problems of seasonal employment and change language that might encourage employees to get fired instead of quit their jobs.
