Will ACOEM Work in CA? Alot Depends On Estimates

The California Commission on Health Safety and Workers' Compensation (CHSWC) has released the UC Berkeley memorandum by Frank Neuhauser estimating the range of savings from introduction of guidelines including ACOEM, as revised 10/20/03.
