Second Injury Fund Eliminates Big Backlog of Refund Requests

While a number of states have struggled to keep their second-injury funds afloat and others have eliminated the funds altogether, Texas regulators have quietly found a way to eliminate a backlog of hundreds of refund requests while keeping their fund solvent.
