The New Mexico Workers' Compensation Administration announced that Doug Christopherson was appointed as the agency's newest judge.
Christopherson will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Leonard Padilla in August.
Christopherson moved to New Mexico in 2012 after completing law school at the University of Utah.
