Gov. Signs Law for Faster Stop-Work Orders; Report Calls for Steps to Stem Misclassification

A New Jersey task force is recommending a robust, multipronged approach to fight the growing problem of worker misclassification, including legislation and new rules that would give state agencies more enforcement powers. One of the strongest measures the report called for was signed into law and took effect this week. Gov.
