NCCI Argues in Motion That Public Rate Hearing Should Go Forward Today

Less than a day before Florida regulators are scheduled to take public comment on a proposed 19.6% workers’ compensation rate hike, NCCI and state regulators filed responses in opposition to a claimants’ attorney’s lawsuit to block today’s public hearing and force the rate-maker to comply with open records and meetings laws.
