CRM Faked Messages on Yahoo Finance to Create Positive Spin

Attorneys for CRM Holdings have referred evidence to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that former Chief Executive Officer Daniel G. Hickey Jr. ordered the company's top officers to hire a public relations firm to post fake messages on the CRM message board operated by Yahoo Finance.Details of the Internet public relations campaign are contained in CRM Holding's March 19, 10-K annual report filed with the SEC.
