Kentucky regulators said in their latest Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) newsletter they are hoping to implement Claims Release 3.0 by next Nov. 1."Our people have to do a series of 'builds' – programs that need to be done," said Department of Workers' Claims Commissioner Dwight T.
