The Hartford Posts 32% Net Income Increase in Q3

The Hartford has reported a 32% increase in net income for the third quarter, marking gains in small- and middle-market commercial lines. The Connecticut-based carrier had net income of $388 million in the third quarter of 2014 compared to $293 million in the same period of 2013, according to a Monday press release.
