Lawmakers in Kansas are considering a bill that would clear medical marijuana usage for certain conditions.
SB 560, introduced Friday, would allow patients to use medical marijuana for such conditions as cancer, spinal cord disease or injury, traumatic brain injury, “a debilitating psychiatric disorder” or “any other chronic, debilitating or terminal condition that, in the professional judgment of a physician, would be a detriment to the patient's mental or physical health if left untreated.”
