Gov. Haley Appoints AIA Regional Director as Insurance Director

South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley on Tuesday announced the appointment of Raymond G. Farmer as director of the state Insurance Department.The governor's selection won immediate praise from the American Insurance Association for appointing one of its own executives to the slot.
