Senator Prefiles Bill to Make Comp Mandatory for Construction Contractors

An El Paso Democrat prefiled a bill Monday for Texas’ 2015 legislative session that would make workers’ compensation coverage mandatory for employees of contractors on building or construction projects. Sen.
