Comp Bills on Agenda for Appropriations Committee

Four workers’ compensation bills are on the agenda for consideration by the California Assembly Appropriations Committee when it meets Wednesday. Committee members will decide whether to pass measures addressing skin cancer presumptions, coverage for post-traumatic stress disorder, utilization review and a study of gender-based bias in the state’s comp system.
