A New York appellate court upheld the dismissal of a worker’s civil suit against a co-employee who truck him with a truck while running an errand. Case: Jones v. Adams, No. 2019-06931, 02/09/2022, published. Facts: James Jones worked as a security guard at the New York Botanical Gardens. On Aug. 10, 2017, he was struck by a pickup owned by Kaleidoscope Garden Design LLC and operated by Toby Adams.
