A worker in California’s wine country was sentenced to 45 days in jail for claiming a broken hand suffered in a fist fight was a work injury, the Napa Valley Register reported.Ivan Ruiz-Hernandez was also ordered to pay $1,297 in restitution under the terms of a March 7 plea agreement.
