A former Illinois State Police trooper who pleaded guilty in to reckless driving and reckless homicide in 2007 car crash that killed two sisters, told a workers' compensation hearing Friday that the accident left him with limited mobility, the Belleville News-Democrat reported Saturday.Accounts of the wreck say Matt Mitchell was driving 126 miles per hour and texting when his patrol car hit the car in which Jessica and Kelli Uhl were killed.
