An Ohio appellate court ruled that a worker was not entitled to relief from a decision rendered after a hearing she did not attend because she had not received the notice. Dorothy L. Arline worked for Spectrum Retirement of Ohio LLC. She filed a workers’ compensation claim in April 2021 asserting that she had been injured in a fall when a goose flew at her.
